BEM Aksanara is the official digital presence for the Student Executive Board at Universitas Ary Ginanjar. The goal was to transform scattered organizational data into a structured, accessible information hub.
The Challenge (Problem): Student organizations often suffer from fragmented communication information is lost in social media feeds or chat groups. Stakeholders (Siswa / Mahasiswa and campus management) lacked a single "Source of Truth" to verify the organization's structure, accountability, and upcoming programs.
Solusi Teknis:
- I designed a Centralized Information System focusing on clarity and transparency:
- Information Architecture: I restructured the complex organizational hierarchy (Departments vs. Bureaus) into a user-friendly navigation flow, making it easy for visitors to find specific contacts.
- Visual Identity: Developed a professional UI consistent with the university's branding to establish credibility.
- Scalable Framework: Built on WordPress + Elementor Pro to ensure that future student cabinets can easily update content without needing to rewrite code.
