Rumah Kedua App - UI Design
Project Overview : Rumah Kedua (The Second Home) is a strategic digital response to the fragility of conventional social monitoring in protecting today’s youth. It is designed not just as a reporting tool, but as an integrated mental defense ecosystem that bridges the gap between technological speed and human empathy.
The Challenge (The Problem) : Current protection mechanisms are suffering from “functional paralysis.” According to Indonesia Education Monitoring Network (JPPI) data, there were 573 cases of violence in 2024 alone. The core issues include:
Systemic Fragility: Slow bureaucracy and limited access leave victims unprotected.
Psychological Safety Gap: A massive fear of social stigma prevents victims of bullying and sexual violence from speaking up.
Trauma Exploitation: Perpetrators exploit these systemic loopholes, leaving victims in prolonged trauma without adequate help.
The Solution (Design & Logic) : I designed a transformation-driven platform focused on a Preventive-Predictive approach to human safety:
Integrated Defense Ecosystem: Moving beyond “passive reporting” to a system that combines automated urgency with human-centric counseling.
Interconnected Support: A synergy designed to multiply existing support capacities rather than replace them, ensuring faster intervention.
Stigma-Free Interface: A UI/UX focused on privacy and anonymity to break the barriers of fear, ensuring equal access to mental health support.

The Result: A high-impact digital innovation that empowers the younger generation to create a safe, sustainable, and violence-free educational environment.
