UMKM Sukatani Website
Project Overview: UMKM Sukatani is a community-driven platform designed to digitize the local business ecosystem in Taman Kuliner Sukatani, Depok. The platform serves as a centralized bridge connecting local vendors with residents and visitors, fostering economic growth through digital visibility.
The Challenge (Problem): Local small businesses (UMKM) struggled with online exposure. While they needed a digital presence, most community managers were not tech-savvy. The biggest hurdle was the complexity of maintaining a website; the standard WordPress dashboard was too intimidating and risky for non-technical users to manage daily.
The Solution: I architected a system that prioritizes Ease of Use and Sustainability:
Custom Front-End Admin System: I built a simplified dashboard on the front end. Local managers can add new vendors, update menus, or post news via simple forms without ever seeing the complex WordPress backend.
Content Architecture: Utilized Custom Post Types (CPT) to separate Business Listings from Community News, ensuring the database remains organized as the platform grows.
Hyper-Local UX: Designed a mobile-first interface, acknowledging that most local users access information via smartphones.

The Result: A scalable, self-sustaining platform where the community has full control over their content. This reduces dependency on technical support and empowers local businesses to manage their digital presence independently.
